Three years ago, Kevin and I made the difficult decision to shut down the company. The circumstances leading to that decision were complicated, and you can read our farewell post if you want to know the specifics. Today, we formally return to full operations!
A lot has changed in the intervening years. Our lives have changed dramatically, and not just because of the pandemic. We are finally in a place where we can continue the work we shelved in 2019.
First, I want to announce that Aethermancy will be completed and backers will receive their books. Kevin is working to finish up the manuscript, and then I’ll take over for layout and editing.
Second, we will be releasing a new edition of Aether in 2023. It will be truly universal and expand both the system and the content from the previous edition. The modern noir setting Wellstone City will be removed from the Aether core rulebook and given its own dedicated release.
Third, we are reengaging with Pinnacle Entertainment Group to once again produce Savage Worlds products. Our DriveThruRPG store has all of our classic works, and we will be updating many of them for the Adventure Edition of Savage Worlds.
Finally, we decided to drop Ingenium as a product line, and focus our efforts on Aether and Savage Worlds. This will mean stronger products and a faster release cadence.
